The 3 weeks spring Detox plan
Detoxification is a holistic way to keep your mind and body healthy, though it's a broad term and can apply to many different types of health plans.

Day 1
Morning
1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
1 detox smoothie ( banana,kiwi, lemon juice , fresh ginger, cinnamon, )
During the day
A lot of water with lemon
Vegetables Juice
Evening
Veggie broth
Herbal tea
Day 2
Morning
1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
Green tea
1 banana or pear or 1 detox smoothie

During the day
A lot of water with lemon
Vegetables Juice
Raw, mashed or steamed veggies
2 hard boil eggs or 1 can of tuna
1 coconut Yoghurt
Diner
1 veggie soup
1 bowl of brown rice
1 steamed fish
Day 3 to day 6
Morning
1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
Green tea
1 banana or pear
1 porridge with vegan milk (oat, rice, soy)
Lunch
1 lean meat or with fish or 2 eggs
Steamed vegetables unlimited
1 coconut yoghurt
1 Fruit
Diner
1 soup
Raw, mashed or steamed vegetables unlimited
1 bowl of brown rice
herbal tea
Week 2 and 3
Morning
1 glass of water with squeezed lemon
Green tea
1 banana or pear
1 porridge with vegan milk (oat, rice, soy)
Lunch

1 lean meat or with fish or 2 eggs
Steamed vegetables unlimited
1 portion of carbs ( potatoes, lentils, rice, beans)
1 coconut yoghurt
1 Fruit
Diner
1 soup
Raw, mashed or Steamed vegetables unlimited
1 bowl of brown rice
herbal tea
Throughtout the day
Drinks loads of water
Exercise gently
Cut down on coffee step by step from 3 to 2 a day and then 2 to 1 until you get to zero
Cut down flours and gluten foods
Cut down Sugar and sweets
No alcohol or sodas during the detox .
Try to eat organic as much as possible
Bear in mind, you need medical advice before you start, this is not a weightloss diet, you should add supplments for you liver and your kidney to drain more.
Don't continue over 3 weeks and don't do it if you suffer from underweight.
